Would you like to visit us on site?
Our small village shop, the Gänsemarkt, has been in Falkenberg since 2023. There you can look at our devices, test them and buy them directly. We offer advice on our products here every Thursday from 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Opening times Gänsemarkt (SHIFT store)
Thursday: 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. (advice and sales)
Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. (sales only)
Saturday: 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (sales only)
Sunday: Café only (no sales!)
Arrival by car
Coming from the north (Kassel) or south/east (Frankfurt/Erfurt) on the A7 (exit no. 83 Malsfeld). Continue on the L3224 towards Homberg (Efze) to the Hombergshausen junction and then on to Falkenberg.
Coming from the west (Dortmund), change from the A44 to the A49 at the Kassel-West junction. At exit no. 12 (Felsberg) take the B254 towards Wabern. From Wabern continue on the B254 towards Homberg (Efze)/Frielendorf until you reach the town ‘Hebel’. Turn left here to Falkenberg.

There are no parking facilities on the SHIFT campus. There are parking spaces opposite the Gänsemarkt, and you can find more parking spaces on Parkstrasse (see picture below).
You can find fast charging stations for your electric car at the Malsfeld autohof, in Homberg (Efze) and in Fritzlar.
Arrival by train or public transport
If you are travelling by train, we recommend the destination station Wabern (Bz Kassel). From here, take bus line 457 to the ‘Falkenberg Kindergarten’ stop. If you don’t mind a 30-minute walk (approx. 1.5 km), you can also take the more regular bus line 450 from Wabern to the ‘Hebel Ortsmitte’ stop. From here, you can walk uphill to Falkenberg.
Depending on the day of the week and the time of day, you should check in advance whether and at what time line 457 runs. Alternatively, the AST 457 (call-and-collect taxi) is available, which can be ordered via the number 0800 9390800 (note: up to 30 minutes before departure | Sun – Thu 7 a.m. – 9 p.m., Fri – Sat 7 a.m. – midnight).
