SHIFT6mq – For (your) sustainable everyday life!

The SHIFT6mq is the first SHIFTphone with a built-in Qualcomm processor. It is just as modular as the SHIFT6m and SHIFT5me and also has a dual back camera and 128 GB of internal memory, which can be expanded by a further 2 TB via a micro SDXC card slot. ShiftOS 3 with a guaranteed upgrade to ShiftOS 5 in 2024, as well as the quickly replaceable battery, make the SHIFT6mq a competent everyday device that will reliably support you in every situation.

SHIFT bumpers and tempered glass create the best possible conditions to optimally protect every SHIFTPHONE and are therefore included in the free delivery – as is our screwdriver.

NOTE: Since households are often already equipped with sufficient chargers, you will find a USB-C cable and a USB-A adapter in the delivery scope of your smartphone but no charger. Make sure that you charge the battery of your SHIFT6mq with at least a 2 amp charger. You can find more information about the right charger here.

From the date of purchase of a new device, we guarantee a 5-year supply of security fixes and patch level updates for the SHIFT6mq. We are very pleased that we will skip the upgrade to ShiftOS 4 and upgrade directly to ShiftOS 5 (Android™ 13). The upgrade will be available in 2024.

The SHIFT6mq is electronic waste positive. This means that with every SHIFT6mq sold – through the joint project with our partner Closing the Loop – we bring an old defective phone from the global south to Europe to be properly recycled here. NOTE: Here you can rent a Shift6mq with the cooperative for sustainable electronics Commown. The rental at Commown includes some services such as replacement devices when needed or the free replacement of wearing parts such as batteries, tempered glass or bumpers once a year. The concept of degressive pricing is exciting, starting at €28.90 per month and then decreasing annually to reach €15.16/month at the end of the 4th year.
